Pricing
Headshot stations are booked on a half day (up to four hours) or full day (up to eight hours) basis. Based on the schedule of your event and the number of subjects you may need headshots for, you decide how much coverage you will need. One headshot station can typically serve as many as 15-20 people per hour.

Add ons:
Sponsor signage and lead generation package – $500
Signage at the booth featuring your branding. Images are sent out with a custom message from the sponsor, complete with logos, website links, etc. With this package, you will also receive email addresses of all attendees that participated in the headshot booth.
Full retouching for 1 image per person photographed – $800/$500
Each subject chooses their favorite photo for retouching. Each photograph is hand edited to make every subject look their absolute best. Includes blemish removal, wrinkle reduction, teeth whitening, eye brightening, dark circles under eyes reduced, hair flyaways taken care of, etc… Everyone looks like themselves but on their very best day!
Hair and Makeup – $1000/$600
To help everyone look their best, we will provide an on-site hair and makeup station so that all subjects have the option of a quick touch-up before they get in front of the camera. This adds fantastic value for attendees and improves the final look of the images by eliminating stray hairs and reducing facial shine.
